We are beyond thrilled to be embarking on our SIXTH Bend Beyond Beach Retreat with you!
We are taking the bend, sweat, love spirit back to Panama in 2027, and we know you're absolutely going to love our retreat center! Sansara is situated in the southern most Point of Panama, in the province of Los Santos in the Azuro Peninsula. Days will be spent lounging at the beach, exploring the Pacific coastline, enjoying exquisite and healthy cuisine, perhaps catching a wave, and, of course ample time on your mat…in a yoga room literally steps away from the beach! Surrounded by beaches and mountains, this is the ideal oasis for relaxation and natural inspiration to further our practice and gift ourselves time to reset.
It's easy these days to get swept up in the current of life and let weeks, months, even years go by without taking time out to pause and center ourselves. This retreat will offer the opportunity for true self care, space to create positive, impactful shifts that will benefit every aspect of your life!

While our studio classes offer great benefits to your mind and body on a regular basis, our retreat at Sansara offers you the opportunity to escape the daily grind into a one-of-a-kind experience where you can elevate your personal journey by giving yourself the space, practice, and time for the personal growth your soul is craving. And with a little beach TLC on the side, the decision to join is a given!
Feeling sand between your toes, the salty ocean breeze on your skin, and running straight from your mat into the ocean after class are just a few of the many therapeutic experiences that you can look forward to on our retreat on this black sand beach in Panama.
Provided during your week at Sansara are two BB classes daily specially curated for retreat participants. Sansara offers a beautiful yoga room…right on the beach! Cambutal is just six degrees off the equator so there’s no need for extra heat in this yoga room, we’ll get our sweat on with the natural heat and humidity and then run right to the ocean for an after-class dip! Also included are 3 healthy, delicious meals a day at Sansara. The food is made with love to nourish your body and your soul! This retreat is all about connecting with yourself and going deeper into your own personal practice amid the carefully curated setting that Sansara has cultivated for yogis like us!

Perfect for three friends or family members who are excited to relax and rejuvenate together on the BB Retreat. Three twin beds and private bath. These are spacious rooms designed to sleep 4 that we are sharing between only 3 participants giving a little more space. Please note that 3 participants must book the room together. RETREAT DETAILS
Your retreat payment includes: 6 nights stay at Sansara, dinner on arrival day, breakfast on departure day, and 3 meals a day all other days, transportation from and to Casco Viejo in Panama City, and ALL classes and workshops hosted by Bend Beyond.
Flights, hotel in Panama City*, additional snacks and drinks, treatments, tips, and excursions are not included.
Payment options are:
Pay in full to reserve your spot.
OR
Pay a $500 non-refundable deposit to reserve your spot, then pay remainder in monthly increments over the following six months.
All retreat payments are non-refundable.

*PLEASE NOTE:Although the retreat is May 2-8, 2027, to make it to this incredible retreat center, you must arrive in Panama City on Saturday May 1st and spend the night there. Sansara will pick us up Sunday morning to take us to the resort. They will drive us back on Saturday May 8th. If there is a late evening flight that day we will be able to take it, however, it is likely we'll stay the night in Panama City and fly home on Sunday May 9th. Accommodation can be arranged at a partner hostel or hotel for $75/night and up.
