While our studio classes offer great benefits to your mind and body on a regular basis, our retreat at Casa Om offers you the opportunity to escape the daily grind into a one-of-a-kind experience where you can elevate your personal journey by giving yourself the space, practice, and time for the personal growth your soul is craving. And with a little beach TLC on the side, the decision to join is a given!
Feeling sand between your toes, the salty ocean breeze on your skin, and running straight from your mat into the ocean after class are just a few of the many therapeutic experiences that you can look forward to on our retreat in Puerto Morelos, Mexico.
Provided during your week at Casa Om are ten BB hot yoga or fitness classes (yes, Casa Om was made for hotties like us and has a beautiful hot room:) specially curated to provide you with the greatest amount of healing and rejuvenation. Also included are 11 nourishing, healthy, vegetarian meals at Casa Om. The food at Casa Om is absolutely divine! (Just ask anyone who went on our previous retreats there!) This retreat is all about connecting with yourself and going deeper into your own personal practice amid the carefully curated setting that Casa Om has cultivated for hotties like us!

The shared bathroom means this option shares a bathroom between two bedrooms and up to four people. There are two people per bedroom.

RETREAT DETAILS
Your retreat payment includes: 6 nights stay at Casa Om, 11 meals, transportation to and from the Cancun airport, and ALL classes and workshops hosted by Bend Beyond.
Flights, additional meals, treatments, tips, and excursions are not included.

Pay a $500 non-refundable deposit to reserve your spot, then pay remainder over 6 monthly installments.
All retreat payments are non-refundable.
