Therapeutic Yoga blends restorative yoga, gentle yoga, breath work, touch, and guided meditation techniques. Therapeutic Yoga is a highly relaxing yoga experience for those who would like something gentle yet effective for bringing the body into balance and reducing stress. Therapeutic Yoga uses props like blankets, bolsters, and pillows to support the body in postures that are held for 5-15 minutes. Therapeutic Yoga is deeply meditative. It provides the opportunity to step away from your primary yoga practice and access your body in a deeply peaceful and soothing way. Therapeutic Yoga is a perfect complement to your Hot Yoga practice.
What to bring: A yoga mat, two towels, and a water bottle. All other props will be provided. (Feel free to bring your own f you have them.)
What to wear: Wear loose, comfortable clothing that covers your body (i.e. not the typical hot yoga clothing) and that you can relax in.

This class is included in your unlimited membership, can be charged to your 10 Class Card, or can be attended for the normal Drop-In rate of $15.
